Cheyenne Mountain Run features three scenic trail races inside Cheyenne Mountain State Park:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25K Mountain Challenge \u2013 for advanced trail runners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10K Trail Race \u2013 for experienced runners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5K Run\/Walk \u2013 a friendly, accessible option for all levels, including beginners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each race uses color\u2011coded bibs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Location: Limekiln Trailhead<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start Time: 7:00 AM (staggered start)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25K first<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10K next<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5K last<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fastest runners will start first with their race distance and walkers last.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All races are chip timed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poles: Not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-gray-background-color has-background has-medium-font-size\"><strong>25K Course Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start Elevation: 6,000 ft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Max Elevation: ~9,450 ft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total Elevation Gain\/Loss: ~3,450 ft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course: Talon \u2192 North Talon \u2192 Dixon Trail \u2192 Mountain Loop (clockwise) \u2192 return via Dixon \u2192 North Talon \u2192 Talon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cutoff Times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dixon Saddle (mile ~5.8): 8:45 AM cutoff\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Located 2.5 miles up the Dixon Trail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Runners arriving after 8:45 AM will be turned around<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top of Dixon Aid Station &amp; Split Timing: closes at 10:00 AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finish Line Timing: closes at 12:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aid Stations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Talon\/Sundance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talon\/North Talon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lower Dixon Trail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top of Dixon Trail&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All runners must carry their own hydration and be prepared for rapid weather changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The safety of our participants
